| Details » | Blue Sky has the smoothest ice cream you will ever taste. They use a special method of freezing their ice cream super fast to avoid any crystalization. In order to do this, they use liquid nitrogen which freezes an entire gallon in a minute. Plus the freezing station is right out in front, so if you're lucky, you'll see them making it.

It’s Ice Cream and it is Delicious! It is that simple.
The flavors are extreme and the consistency is very smooth and light tasting. I absolutely loved it. I have tasted the Vanilla, Carmel, but my favorite is Black Raspberry.
They are now offering Gelato, but I haven’t tasted that yet. I do wish they had a few more flavors, but honestly I would still choose Black Raspberry.

This is by far the best tasting ice cream I've ever had. The only reason I give it a 4, instead of a 5, is because I wish they had more choice in flavors.
