The help (or lack of) was terrible. We only ordered coffee and two muffins.
Was served very quickly -- nice touch.
Had to ask to heat the muffins (not offered as an option)
Had to ask for sugar.
Had to ask for a knife.
Had to ask for butter.
Had to ask for water.
Had to ask if he could smile (not really -- just not going back).

If you want a great buffet, this is the place to go!! Food is wonderful and waitstaff especially Sherri Cole are wonderful!
Try it and all other places will dissappoint you.

This place is super yummy. A little bakery that serves all kinds of goodness. The sandwiches, soups and pasta salads are all wonderful. The salads are huge with delicious dressings. Apparently the lunch buffet is great, never had it, but I heard it is fresh with a lot of selection. Dessert, not a problem they serve gelato and have a number of fresh baked goods, pies, scones, cakes, all good. I also had them cater a party and the presentation was excellent.
The location is outside East Des Moines in a strip mall. They have an excellent deck over looking a pond. The service has always been friendly. I don’t even know if they are open for dinner, but for breakfast, lunch, coffee, dessert and catering…Paccheno's is the place to go.

Great coffee, super scones and awesome cinnamon rolls. Paccheno's will make large quanities of rolls for office functions too.
