Great upscale Chinese restaurant. The food is excellent (although a little pricey). They have a great selection in all catagories. Definately a must stop if in the mood for Chinese while in the Jordan Creek area.

Unremarkable and over-priced. You pay a lot for the location and decor. Go to any of the many family owned Chinese restaurants in the area and you will get a meal that is just as good for half the price.

Don't know what happened the night we were at dinner but the food seemed over seasoned. We really couldn't finish our meal. The best part of the meal was the shrimp dumpling. Don't order the dan dan noodles.

The food was good, they brought out a few dishes cold but still was tasty. My complaint is a about the service. Our waiter each time took over 10 minutes just to bring water to the table. The first time he only brought out water for half the table and didnt bring the rest untill he took our order. We also had to ask for refills. Also our server never came back to see if our meal was okay, he came to the table a total of 3 times and I was not impressed. I think the food is good, but they need to work on their service, I would recommend take-out.

It's an upscale Americanized Chinese restaurant. That means that you'll see the normal "Chinese food" dishes like Mongolian Beef and Sweet and Sour Pork that are supplemented by more dishes incorporating more seasoning and more expensive meats, namely fish and seafood. There's no "weird" seafood that you might find at an authentic Chinese restaurant, mostly comfort foods seasoned to please the American tongue.

The restaurant is open and reasonably noisy with a crowd fairly representative of the Jordan Creek location -- upper middle class, suburban, with an influx of some shoppers from the nearby mall. Drink menu spotted with copyright symbols next to middle- to upper-shelf liquors, although with the assurance they're not pre-mixed drinks like many lower-tier restaurants offer.

All in all, you get what you're offered and the food is well-presented, tasty without being greasy or overcooked, and fairly forgettable with the exception of a few token items like the lettuce wraps. Priced moderately expensive for a chain restaurant.

I completely agree with the other reviewers who said they packed too many seats in for the floor space. Way too close quarters for me, and I am not claustraphobic.
The lettuce wraps are A+ and the only reason I return to it. The rest of the food is better than average chinese. I also was introduced to my first chocolate martini there, which is quite yummy. The desert (the great wall of China chocolate cake) lived up to its name in size-it was huge, but unfortunately not great-it tasted ordinary and maybe a day old.
I also had a dinner at PF Chang's out in Denver and remember it being much better than this one. I wonder why that is?
So-summary-great lettuce wraps, above average chinese main dishes, skip the desert and have a chocolate martini instead.

I've only been here once, but failed to be impressed. First problem was that the tables were packed in terribly close. This made it annoying as the wait staff tried to navigate by my chair the whole time I was there. The food is ok, but I couldn't see the real quality difference from a decent chinese restraunt. I would sum it up with "all show, no substance".

Casual, upscale Chinese-influenced dining. I say influenced because the dishes are much Americanized, but I don’t mind, it is that unique style that makes me love to go there. Also as stated in other reviews it is a chain restaurant, but you don’t feel like you are in a chain restaurant, the service, food and atmosphere are in a whole different league than say a Chilli’s.

For an appetizer you cannot go to PF Changs without getting the Lettuce Wraps, they are so delicious. I love for an entrée the simple, but flavorful Orange Chicken. And don’t worry you will have plenty to eat.

My only complaint is the set up; you are so packed into this place that you are dining with your neighbors.

But my favorite thing about this place…reservations! Even though it is usually crowded at night, you can call ahead, what a concept! I (obviously) can’t stand restaurants that don’t take reservations.

Go to PF Changs and without question order the Lettuce Wraps!

The food at PF Changs is excellent. The environment is nice, and the wait staff is friendly. One thing I wish is that this wasn't one of those "nice" restaurants where you can get away with wearing shorts.

To me, this place is excellent for a chain restaurant. It's kind of like an Americanized Asian cuisine. I have to admit, some entrees you could get at pretty much and any chinese-dive take out place, but there's the staples (orange chicken, lettuce wraps, etc.) that truly are tasty. The bar is pricy, but at PF Changs you get what you pay for.

The only reason I'm not going higher than a 4, is that I remember some west coast locations being tastier. Possibly, because the stores had been around long enough to work out all the kinks?

It's chinese food but it's not, thats the best possible explanation. It is obviously fresh, the presentation is great and the taste is amazing, follwed by great prices. Try this place once you will be hooked.
