I am in Altoona often, and Rich's never dissapoints! Good, consistent, fairly priced bar food. They also have home made pizzas that are excellent! Give this place a try.
I love Rich's Bar & Grill's food! I have ordered many different sandwiches and have never left disapointed or hungry. The service has always been great. I just HATE the cigarette smoke!!! I know it's a bar, but I'm bummed that I can't get that good of food somewhere without the smell of smoke getting into my clothes (and lungs!). I can't go as often as I would like, because I can't bring the kids along and they are closed on Sundays. If it was closer to my house I would get it to go.

Great atmosphere and great food. Walleye is great. Nachos and all sandwiches are good. My favorite grilled or fried chicken salad.
