Taste of Thailand offered a large variety of dishes featuring chicken, duck, pork, beef, sea foods, and a vegetarian section. Some of the plates tried were a bit bland, but others had great flavor. Be warned, I've been to some Thai restaurants with "Angry" (spicy) plates. Most of these places were pretty spicy but nothing too hot. The "Angry" plates at Taste of Thailand are truly angry... very spicy.
The restaurant also has a very extensive beer list. I was very impressed. There are tons of imports and micro-brews available.
My only disappointment was the service. However, we had a waitress who I'm sure had worked there for less than a week; we can't really judge normal service by our experience.
I've never been to Thailand but I'm sure this is the closest to authentic Thai you can get around here. They've been around for over 20 years - that has to count for something.
